Investment Property Consultants, Inc. (IPC "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of customers' personal information in relation to the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

- To contact customers as necessary for maintenance, important notices, or other relevant communications
- To bill customers for paid services

Article 4 (Change of Purpose of Use)

Notwithstanding the above, the following cases do not constitute provision to a third party:

- When personal information is provided due to succession of business through merger or other reasons
- When personal information is used jointly with specific parties, provided that the customer is notified in advance of the items of personal information, the scope of users, purpose of use, and the name of the party responsible for management, or the information is made readily accessible to the customer
Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)
When requested by the individual, the Company will disclose the personal information without delay. However, the Company may not disclose all or part of the information in the following cases, and if a decision not to disclose is made, the Company will notify the customer without delay:
- When disclosure may harm the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the customer or a third party
- When disclosure may significantly impede the proper execution of the Company's business
- When disclosure may result in violation of laws and regulations
Notwithstanding the above, the Company will not, in principle, disclose non-personal information such as historical information or characteristic information.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
If a customer's personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the customer may request correction, addition, or deletion ("Correction, etc.") according to the Company's prescribed procedure.
When deemed necessary to respond to such a request, the Company will promptly make the Correction, etc.
If the Company makes or decides not to make the Correction, etc., it will notify the customer without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
If requested by the customer to suspend or delete the use of personal information ("Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that it has been used beyond the scope of the stated purpose, or obtained by fraudulent means, the Company will promptly conduct the necessary investigation.
If deemed necessary, the Company will promptly suspend or delete the use of such personal information.
The Company will notify the customer without delay if Suspension of Use, etc. is carried out or not carried out.
Notwithstanding the above, if Suspension of Use, etc. requires excessive costs or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures are available to protect the rights and interests of the customer, such alternatives will be taken.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
The content of this Policy may be changed without notifying customers, except as otherwise provided by laws or in this Policy.
Unless otherwise specified, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect when posted on this website.
